• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

3. Intellectual Property

• All paintings, images, designs, and content belong to Pragya Bhatnagar.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our artwork without permission.

4. Custom Orders

• Customized paintings are created based on your requirements.
• Once approved and started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
